Message	to the right price than he is. Problem is, there are less and less of the low mileage ones around each year. A lot depends on little things: interior condition, scratches/dents, 60k done?, tire quality and condition, shocks are very expensive, does everything work? You should get most of that for $14, but if it's absolutely perfect, make a deal. If it's the car you want, $500 either way won't kill anyone.
